Membrane Cleaner MST200

pH (1%): 2.0-3.0
Appearance: Clear light yellow liquid
Low storage temperature: -10℃

I. Product Performance: Reverse osmosis membrane MST200 liquid cleaning agent is used to remove oxides, carbonate scale, and deposits of microorganisms and algae from the reverse osmosis membrane surface. (1) Suitable for aromatic polyamide membranes; (2) Low-foam formula; (3) The diluted solution is adjusted to maintain pH at 2.0-3.0; (4) Liquid agent, which can shorten mixing time; (5) Reusable. II. Technical Indicators: | Item | Indicator | | Appearance | Clear light yellow liquid | | pH (1%) | 2.0-3.0 | | Density (20℃) g/cm3 ≥ | 1.05 | | Low storage temperature | -10℃ | III. Usage: (1) Check the cleaning tank, pipelines and security filter, and install new filter elements if necessary; (2) Inject an appropriate amount of reverse osmosis permeate into the cleaning tank; (3) Slowly add the calculated dosage, circulate with a clean water pump to mix the cleaning solution, and measure pH to be between 2.0 and 3.0; (4) Circulate for cleaning and measure pH every 5-20 minutes; when pH rises above 4, add a certain amount of cleaning agent or acid until pH no longer continues to rise, indicating the end of cleaning; (5) If contamination is severe, it is sometimes necessary to drain the cleaning solution to prevent re-deposition of contaminants; then prepare a new cleaning solution; (6) During circulation, pay attention to the temperature rise and do not exceed the specified temperature. The usage amount is 20-30% of the cleaning volume, and the circulation time is 60 minutes. IV. Packaging and Storage: Reverse osmosis membrane MST200 cleaning agent is a liquid product, packaged in 25 L (25 kg) drums. Store at room temperature away from light for twelve months. V. Safety and Protection: Reverse osmosis membrane MST200 cleaning agent is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation; avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc.; after contact, rinse with plenty of water.
