I. Performance and Application Biocide MST411 is a composite quaternary ammonium salt biocide and algicide containing active components such as organic bromine and ketones, featuring high efficiency, broad spectrum, strong penetration, ease of use, and a wide applicable temperature and pH range. Biocide MST411 is suitable for use as a biocide, algicide and slime stripping agent in open industrial circulating cooling water systems in power plants, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, metallurgy and other industries. II. Technical Indicators Appearance: slightly blue transparent liquid Active component content % ≥: 6% Amine salt content % ≤: 2.0 pH (as is): 6.0～8.0 III. Usage First, shock dosing is adopted, with a dosage generally of 100~200 mg/L, which has a killing effect on bacteria and algae. When algae are abundant, if a rapid stripping effect is desired, the dosage may be appropriately increased. Second, a metering pump is used to add the product with make-up water, at 15–25 grams per ton of water. IV. Packaging and Storage Biocide MST411 is packed in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum, or as determined according to user requirements. Storage period is twelve months. V. Safety and Protection Biocide MST411 has strong irritation to the skin. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
