I. Performance and Application MST404 is a high-efficiency defoamer for aqueous systems. It disperses easily in water and is convenient to use. It provides rapid defoaming effectiveness over a wide pH and temperature range and has the effect of preventing foam regeneration. It is widely suitable for various water treatment processes. II. Technical Indicators Ionicity: nonionic Appearance: milky white liquid Solid content ≥: 20% pH value: 6.0~8.0 III. Usage Method Add directly to the foaming system and ensure uniform dispersion. To achieve sustained defoaming capability, continuous drip addition with a metering pump is recommended. For systems with higher foaming temperatures (>60℃), it is recommended to add the defoamer to the system before 60℃ and disperse it uniformly to achieve greater effectiveness. According to factors such as the temperature and stirring of different wastewater systems, select a more economical dosage in units of 10 ppm. Generally, a dosage of 30-200 ppm can ensure an ideal defoaming effect. The dosage should be determined after testing. IV. Packaging and Storage MST404 is packed in plastic drums, 25 kg or 200 kg per drum. Store indoors in a cool and ventilated place. The storage period is twelve months.
